Sevā is a Sanskrit (an ancient Indo-European language) word and concept that is prevalent in yogic philosophy.  It can be understood as an act of selfless service or a work of devotion.

Our Approach

At Sevā Integrated Therapy, our therapeutic approach combines individual counseling, Brainspotting, and group yoga therapy to provide a holistic, multi-faceted solution for stress and anxiety. By integrating talk therapy with the neurobiological modality of Brainspotting, we help you uncover and process deep-seated emotions and trauma. Complementing this, our group yoga therapy sessions focus on mindful movement and breathwork, helping you release physical tension and cultivate a sense of calm and grounding. This comprehensive approach empowers you to address both the mental and physical aspects of anxiety, promoting lasting healing and well-being.
